As learning director at Personal Boardroom, Amanda creates learning journeys' to suit time-poor clients, who need their networks to perform. Personal Boardroom currently has programmes with FTSE 50 companies in the financial and energy sector, combining technology and traditional learning platforms to support talent cohorts. 

Thanks to a collaboration with Inclusive Innovation in 2016, Amanda has tested the concept of a Personal Boardroom in different languages and cultures. Through the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), female technology and science innovators in Africa, speaking French, Portuguese (and English) have improved their innovation networks by applying this simple tool.
