Setting Remote Working up for Success – Engaging your Organisation, Managers and Employees

Responding to a growing need for training support for organisations in the area of Remote Working, TLS (Trainers Learning Skillnet) requested Vitae Consulting to research, develop and design a training program for Remote Working stakeholders.

This event is to launch the new remote work training that has been developed by Vitae Consulting and the Trainers Learning Skillnet. The training is designed to support the needs of organisations in relation to training and skill development in the area of remote working and remote worker management.

A series of programs aimed at remote workers, managers and HR/L&D will be launched in February and the findings of the desk research carried out in designing the program will be discussed at the event.

The Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation,  Katherine Griffin will provide insights into their research paper Remote Work in Ireland, this is a deliverable of Future Jobs Ireland 2019, which places a focus on fostering participation in the labour force through flexible working solutions. Such solutions are increasingly a priority from a range of perspectives, from sustainability and positive environmental impacts, to increasing participation amongst women, older people and people with disabilities.
