Joanne Lanigan 

Joanne has over 13 years’ experience in specialist recruitment and executive search gained in Dublin and London and is currently a National Director within HRM. Joanne leads a team to deliver on senior HR and general management appointments for a wide range of clients across a wide range of industry sectors including, financial services, professional services, telecommunications, FMCG, pharmaceutical, medical devices in Ireland and across Europe.

Joanne attended the Dublin Institute of Technology where she completed a Bachelor of Business management degree. Joanne began her career in retail management where she worked with some of the best-known retail fashion brands in Ireland and the UK. This is where she developed a passion for excellent customer service and a strong commercial acumen.

Jonathan is a Principal Consultant in the Learning & Development team within LinkedIn, based in their International HQ in Dublin. His areas of focus are around Leadership and Management Development, Coaching, Performance Management and facilitation. Previously to joining LinkedIn, he was MD and Founder of Peopleworks, a HR consulting, training and coaching company in both Sydney and Ireland, and has also worked for O2, Harvest Resources, Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson) Human Capital Consulting and PwC Management Consulting.
Speaker 2
Siobhan is a highly accomplished professional, with Senior HR management experience in HR Shared Services and Learning and Development both internationally and nationally and in the public and private sector. Siobhan is a graduate of Dublin City University and NUI Maynooth with qualifications in International Relations, HR Management, Information Technology, English & Geography. Prior to working in the Irish Civil Service, Siobhan held various positions in Intel including, head of Intel University and head of HR Shared Services, both for the Greater European region. She also worked in Hertz European Service Centre as European HR Shared Services Manager. Passionate about HR transformation, Siobhan was appointed the first head of the Irish Civil Service HR and Pensions Shared Services Centre. She is currently Head of OneLearning, the new Irish Civil Service Learning and Development Centre. OneLearning are responsible for all core training across the Civil Service.
Speaker 3
Hannah Carney is an independent consultant offering consultancy and tailored client services in the areas of leadership, organisational and career development. In designing to clients’ needs, Hannah works with a range of executive coaching/mentoring approaches; alongside team facilitation and skills training workshops. Coming from a legal professional background, Hannah is admitted to practice, and has worked, in both Ireland and NSW Australia. She has over 25 years’ experience in the professional and corporate world; and was a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Team in McCann FitzGerald. As a Partner, Hannah established and took on the role of Director of Professional Development in 2001. In that role she had overall responsibility for the Firm’s focus on leadership, talent and professional development.
