A HR professional with extensive experience in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development. Ray has worked in both the private and public sectors in Ireland and has extensive experience in working internationally through his work with the International Federation of Training and Development Organisations (IFTDO).

Ray has a proven ability to identify and develop strategic input of HR and OD to the business and translate ideas into practice. A strong implementer experienced in managing organizational and cultural change in diverse and challenging cultural environments, he has undertaken OD, HR and Business consulting projects in the public and private sector in Ireland.

He has significant line management experience in running a large organisation and has also experienced work in all areas of Performance Management, Human Resource Management from Employee Relations through to Talent Management and Organizational Development. He has a special interest in managing across cultures and deep experience in the field of organizational capability and Board and executive leadership effectiveness, coaching and assessment.
